All project deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements will be outlined in a formal project agreement or statement of work (SOW). We execute development across clear, verifiable milestones.
Clients agree to pay invoices in accordance with the milestone schedule specified in their contract. Payment gateway processing is facilitated via authorized partners (Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, PayPal). Failure to settle milestone invoices may result in the suspension of development or deployment.
Upon receipt of full and final payment for a project, all custom source code, design assets, and intellectual property generated specifically for the client are transferred to the client, excluding pre-existing underlying proprietary libraries or open-source frameworks.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
