Growsaral Technologies provides custom engineering, mobile app development, API integration, and cloud infrastructure services. Because our work involves dedicated engineering hours and custom architecture, refund eligibility is tied directly to project milestones.
If a project cancellation request is submitted before the commencement of active engineering or within 7 calendar days of initial deposit payment (provided no milestone sign-off has occurred), a full or partial refund of the deposit may be issued, subject to deduction of billable hours spent on planning and wireframing.
Once active development for a specific milestone has commenced or been approved by the client, payments associated with that milestone become non-refundable. We ensure full transparency during development to ensure expectations are met before milestone sign-off.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment gateway method (Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, PayPal) used during the transaction.
